Thunderbird - 350
Belonging to the AVL family this bike boast of being a real
cruiser, Trendy styling, looks and colors have differentiated
it from the standard family. CV (constant velocity) carburetor
definitely gives the extra pull at all speeds and gear ratios,
hence giving the optimum of power and mileage of 40km/ltr. The
seat and the handle bar styling gives the long distance comfort
required. 5 gears place to the left are quiet a well thought
change keeping in mind the larger population who prefer left
side gears. Spare are not easily available and are also expensive
compare to the other models and can be a real problem on long
rides, and find a guy to fix it, you will also have to live
the extra decibels due to the mechanical clatter of the engine.
