MOUNTAIN TAMERS

"Taming the Himalayan Heights "

60kph's second trip to the Himalayas was named "Mountain Tamers", which is also the other name by which Border Roads Organization (BRO) is known - this trip was in their honour. BRO has the task of building and maintaining the roads leading towards the Indian Borders. In course of its activities in the Ladakh and Kashmir sector, BRO loses 400 of its brave men every year. The ride took 13 riders from four states of India across 7,800 Kilometers for 32 days on some of the most challenging terrain in the world.

Nicolitta, a bridal wear designer by profession, a traveler and biker by choice and a 60kpher in terms of biking philosophy was one of the riders for the expedition.

Nicolitta is probably the first Indian woman to have done this route on an Enfield. Get a wrist-on-the-throttle, over-the-handlebars-view of this adventure from Nicolitta, a veteran 60kpher".
